Exploring Design Challenges

My Design Journey

Welcome to my portfolio. I showcase a variety of engineering projects from my time at the University of Pittsburgh. Each piece encapsulates my growth and the skills I've developed throughout the course.

About Me

I am from York, Pennsylvania and I am in the Class of 2029 at the University of Pittsburgh. My current goal is to get a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Modern Greek. I have had many opportunities in the engineering field which have been offered through my high school. During my time at Dallastown Area High School, I completed courses in Engineering Design and Drafting, Technical Engineering and Computer Design, CAD I, Honors CAD II, and AP physics and math courses which helped me with mechanical engineering. I was very lucky that my school offered these courses, since I have been able to learn about engineering while I was enrolled in them. I attained a Associate Certification in computer assisted design through SolidWorks while I was in high school. This has helped me when applying for internships during my freshman year.

I have currently accepted an engineering internship for Summer 2026. I will be working at the company Multi-Dimensional Integration, which specializes in creating PLC boxes and controllers which direct assembly lines and conveyor belts in large scale factories and warehouses. I will have the option to work on sites across the country fixing the PLC boxes, or I can stay in York to design the code that goes into the controllers. The internship should open up many opportunities for me, and help me learn about the work that an engineer is tasked with in a regular day.

I hope to keep this portfolio updated throughout my time in college, and later once I can become a real engineer. Here you will see a glimpse into some of the projects that I have worked on throughout the years. Each page will detail the design process for the project and show how I started from nothing until I reached my end goal for the project. This could be as simple as creating a low resolution prototype like for Pitt Find Your Ride, or it can be a full scale working item that is open to the public to use. I hope you can enjoy seeing the work that I have done, and feel free to take inspiration from any of the methods that I employed to design my projects.

My Portfolio

This is my portfolio which holds all of my engineering projects that I have worked on. Each image will redirect you to that project's page. Enjoy and check out as many as you like.
